With 13 years of experience behind the chair, Jordan has dedicated her career to mastering the art of curly hair care. As the owner and CEO of Infinity Curl, she has spent the last decade transforming the lives of countless clients with her expertise. Her journey into the world of curls was deeply personal—growing up of mixed ethnicity, Black and White, Jordan struggled to understand and care for her own curls. This frustration only grew during beauty school, where the lack of knowledge about textured hair was glaring.

Determined to fill this gap, Jordan sought out specialized education, becoming an authority in the field and known for her meticulous attention to detail. For five years, she traveled the country as an educator for DevaCurl, sharing her knowledge of cutting techniques and demystifying the confusing and often overwhelming amount of information for the perfect wash-and-go with fellow stylists. Today, Jordan continues to push the boundaries of curly hair care, driven by a passion to empower others to embrace their natural texture and the simplicity of hydration as the key to happy, healthy curls.

Our goal is not to embarrass anyone, but to ensure that our salon remains a safe space for all. If a situation escalates and the conversation does not shift, we will need to stop the service immediately, and you will be asked to leave the salon.

We believe that categorizing complex humans into simple categories is harmful and dehumanizing. These seemingly "small" statements, when repeated over time, contribute to real-life harm against entire communities, often justified and ignored by our systems. We do not tolerate such behavior in our salon— this is not the place for it.

Standing Against Harm:

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

To ensure we have enough time to complete your service, please follow these guidelines:

Do not arrive with hair that has been heat-styled (e.g., flat ironed, curled), or put up in a ponytail, braids, twists, etc. Hair should be in its natural curl pattern, as we cut dry to enhance the shape of your natural curls.

What to Avoid

Please make sure your hair is thoroughly detangled, washed, conditioned, and styled in a wash-and-go on the day of or the day before your appointment. Your hair should be completely dry and worn down in its natural state.

Hair Preparation

If your hair is wet, not freshly washed, not styled as requested, or you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment, modify the service to fit the remaining time, or charge for additional time (if schedule allows). If your service is rescheduled or modified the full amount of time booked will be charged.

Arrival

Our services are booked based on the time needed to achieve the best results, so it’s essential that your hair is ready when you arrive.

Online booking is available 30 days in advance, If you do not see an appointment that works for you feel free to add yourself to the waitlist. For returning clients it is recommended to book your next appointment at the end of your service to maintain priority.

· 72 Hours Notice: You can cancel or rebook your appointment online up to 72 hours before your scheduled time.
· After 72 Hours: If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment, please contact your stylist directly. You will be charged 100% of the appointment cost,  regardless of the reason.
· No Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service price, and you will be unable to book with us in the future.

WHAT IS A "LEARNING RATE"?

The Learning Rate refers to a service provided by a stylist who is working towards perfecting their timing for a specific service. While the stylist has been thoroughly trained and educated in this service, they may take additional time to complete it. The service will be performed under the supervision of a master stylist, who will be present to provide guidance and answer any questions if needed.



WHAT IS THE EXPRESS CUT SERVICE?

The Express Cut service is exclusively for returning clients who have been seen within the last 6 months. This service is specifically designed for maintaining your current shape or dusting off split ends. It is not intended for drastic changes or new styles. Please note that this is a dry cut and does not include a wash and style.



CAN I BOOK A SILENT APPOINTMENT?

We understand that sometimes you may prefer a quieter experience. Silent appointments are available upon request. If you'd like a silent appointment, please simply add "silent" in the notes when booking your service.



WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DOES INFINITY CURL ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards or Cash but do not carry change.

CAN I TIP MY STYLIST?

We do not accept tips. If you would like to show your gratitude, we greatly appreciate Yelp & Google reviews, or referrals to friends and family.

Tipping has a complex and often problematic history, with origins rooted in racism. At our salon, we strive to provide fair wages and commission rates for our stylists, and we empower them to control their own individual pricing. This ensures that their livelihoods are not dependent on tips, but rather on the quality of service they provide.

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with the services we provide. We do not offer refunds for services performed, however, if you are unhappy with the service you received, please let us know at the time of your appointment or contact us within 48 hours after your service. We will do everything we can to address your concerns and meet your needs.
